I have never been more proud to be associated with a group as I am Soldiers' Angels. The level of organization, caring, and the good people involved have made it one of the most rewarding things my family has been involved in and we've only been doing this for a couple months! We had previously adopted soldiers but always wanted to do more. Soldiers' Angels provide us with so many outlets for our creativity and our caring for our military.

Thanks for all you do. And, thanks to Holly for posting such a great interview. :) I can't believe there are people in this world who would find fault in the wonderful work you've done, but I can't account for the level of idiocy in the world, I suppose.

Keep up the good work & we'll do what we can to help!

I am constantly shocked by some lifeforms; the thought that you get ANY hatemail for the good you do - just appalls me.... Fortunately, that feeling is always overpowered by my amazement at the goodness and drive of others who soldier on in spite of such warped pettiness. All I can think is that you must be doing right if others try to drag you down. They wouldn't bother if you were already down there with them. Take heart, know you've got unflinching support and don't you let them take even one iota of your valuable life time. God bless you and thank you for your great work!

God bless you for all your service to the keepers of freedom. The voices of evil may seem loud sometimes... whatever their motivation, they are without a shred of credibilty. Your selfless devotion to the troops overwhelms those lesser life forms. May you have boundless strength to continue good works.

Not a day goes by that I do not read or hear of personal accounts of the wonderful efforts of Patti and the other "Angels!" In more cases than imaginable their efforts provide the hope needed to help a soldier fight back who otherwise wouldn't had made it! I think this woman and her organization ought to be awarded the Nation's highest civilian medal for service above and beyond the call!

Arrived here at the advice of Matty O'Blackfive, and I'm glad I came.

Pay no attention to the mutants who send you hate mail for the wonderful work you do. Keep in mind that there are crusty old fighter pilots (like me) who are moved to tears at the thought of the love and compassion you are showering on our troops in their time of greatest need.

God bless you!

Patti - thank you for starting such a worthwhile organization. Reading your comments here I'm reminded how much giving is both a blessing for those who give and those who receive. It's a wonderful mystery - one that I suspect keeps the human race in existance... Thanks for being a shining example. And please let me know if there's anything I can do here in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I'd be glad to help.

It amazes me that anyone, no matter how opposed to the Battle of Iraq, could possibly send hatemail to an Angel.

God Bless You, Patti (that counts double coming from an atheist)
